1. How can I return my order?
We’re committed to making your shopping experience worry-free. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Here’s how:
- Contact us via email with your full name, order number, product name(s), and reason for return.
- Receive the return label we provide and print it.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- Share the tracking number with us once the package has been shipped.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label.
2. What if the item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you’re eligible for free returns within 30 days. Simply follow the return instructions above and include a photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
3. Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Not at all! Returns are completely free within 30 days of purchase. We believe in making the process seamless and stress-free for you because your satisfaction is our top priority.
4. When will I receive my refund?
We understand how important it is to receive your refund quickly. Once the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund the same day. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, of course! If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’d be happy to exchange it for you at no extra cost.
6. Will you cover return shipping costs for incorrect or defective items?
Absolutely! If you receive the wrong item, or your product is damaged or defective, just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the entire return shipping cost and provide you with either a replacement or a refund.
